This is a small list of loan forms I generated for the Old Trout's Film Devision first major project: The First Christmas Present. We needed toys, a LOT of toys and that required multiple sources to create this. Using what I learned in Museum Management I created this not only as a record of what was on loan but it was also a useful as a contract, artefact identification, and copyright identification. When working with the businesses this form gave credit to what we were doing and confidence.
